Alternatively, please let us know the item name and quantity by e-mail.

本店对海外发货使用EMS海外快递或者DHL 。

Payment




The only payment method for orders from overseas is to pay by credit card using the PAYPAL system.

汇款方式




从海外购买的汇款方式只有使用PAYPAL的信用卡汇款。

Returns Policy


If you receive the wrong or bad item, please contact us by email (shop@asahiyaki.co.jp) or the inquiry form within 7 days after the item arrives. We will exchange or refund it.
* If the item you received is cracked, please take a picture and email us. We also need to check with the shipping company.

If you wish to return the item due to personal reasons such as the image is different from the actual item, please contact us by email (shop@asahiyaki.co.jp) or the inquiry form within 7 days after the item arrives. .. We will reply to you after confirming the contents. In this case, the shipping cost for the return will be paid by the customer.

We cannot accept returns in the following cases.
・ Items that have been delivered for more than 8 days
・ Products used
・ When the product is returned without email or inquiry


关于退货

如果收到的商品有欠缺或者与购买的商品不同,请在收到商品后7天以内给我店电子邮件(shop@asahiyaki.co.jp)或者上线咨询联系。这种情况将换货或者退费。



※如果收到的商品有裂缝以及破碎等破损,为了确认是否是运送公司的问题,请一定拍下照片寄给我店电子邮件。


如果收到的商品与顾客想象中的样子略有不同等出于顾客方原因而希望退货,请在收到商品后7天之内给我店电子邮件(shop@asahiyaki.co.jp)或者上线咨询联系。确认了内容之后,我店会给顾客关于换货或者退费而答复。不过,出于顾客方原因的退货而产生的运费均由客户负担。
以下的情况不能接受退货。

 •收到已经过8天以上的商品

 •已使用过的商品



 •没有提前通知的情况下的退货

step.2 Paymaent


We will email you the order information including the shipping cost in the e-mail you notified us.

step.3 Ship


We will ship your order within 5 business days after confirming payment with PAYPAL.
We will email you the tracking number when we are ready to ship.

等发货完毕,负责人会将跟踪号码寄到顾客的电子邮箱。
